Personal Support Program The Personal Support Program (PSP) employee assistance program (EAP) was established in 1992 by the AFSCME Benefit Plan and Trust and is a benefit negotiated with specific employer groups to provide services to represented employees and their covered dependents. PSP addresses issues that create personal difficulties and/or jeopardize job performance or security and expands AFSCME's tradition of service to you. PSP provides professional assistance for personal difficulties and provides support for individuals going through the process of personal change. The earlier assistance is provided, the easier it is to find solutions. |
VIP Club The AFSCME people program is a voluntary payroll deductionThe money collected from this effort goes to further our cause as afscme members. In the past our contributions have helped to make a difference.Let's all get involved in the people program!SIGN CARDS TODAY! |
